Support project teams comprised of a broad range of diverse cross-functional members, potentially including numerous outside vendors and spanning multiple geographic locations. Contribute to a high-performing, highly motivated, collaborative team environment of trust, empowerment, accountability and recognition.Participate in design control deliverable creation and manage alignment within the design history file to ensure high quality solutions are delivered to our customers.Own, manage, and track all project deliverables and independencies ensuring task completion by all cross-functional team members.Manage all detailed scope, schedule, budget, risk management and trade-off data and accompanying tools to help project leadership maintain project status and value proposition alignment.Maintain appropriate tools to execute effective communication plans throughout the life of the project.Support project leadership in critical path definition, optimization, monitoring, and management to ensure the most efficient time-to-market metrics are obtained. Track business critical performance indicators that tie to development site and business strategies.Develop technical expertise in world-class product development processes including, but not limited to, traditional PMI standard project management techniques within a regulated medical device design control environment.Lead low complexity projects or sub-projects within the overall plan as required.Ability to identify and implement process improvement opportunities to increase team efficiency.Qualifications

1+ years of demonstrated leadership experience in a technical internship or equivalent collegiate extracurricular activity.
