Supply Chain Planner

to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL.Your Role:The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for reviewing current processes and determining methods for improvement with regards to cutting costs, controlling and replenishing inventory, and shipping products. This position will also troubleshoot breakdowns along the chain and respond fluidly to unexpected events. You will play an integral role as a business partner with our customers and provide business solutions that connect with our consumer, build retailer relationships, and drive sales profit! We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.You will have the opportunity to:Create and provide clear scheduling direction and guidelines.Ensure volume, customer service, inventory, and operating expense goals are achieved through creation, communication, and implementation of weekly sales and operations master production schedules.Monitor and analyze capacity constraint data and adjust master schedules accordingly.Review sales forecast and inventory data to create weekly master production schedule in accordance with customer service targets, logistics, and manufacturing cost goals for supply chain.Develop, analyze, and communicate action plans to resolve service problems.Ultimately, you are responsible for all levels of the production planning process.
