Performance Health is seeking an Ecommerce Marketplaces Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead sales growth initiatives on Walmart.com and other retail marketplaces, leading the development and execution of strategies to maximize revenue. This role involves optimizing product listings, managing promotions, and developing pricing strategies to enhance visibility and performance across platforms. The role will regularly analyze key sales metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to meet sales targets and improve ROI.Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Sales Growth Strategy:

Lead the development and execution of robust strategies to drive sales growth on Walmart.com and other retail marketplaces. Optimize product listings, enhance product placement, and implement best practices to maximize revenue.Promotions and Pricing:

Strategize and manage promotions, deals, and pricing strategies to enhance visibility and sales performance on both platforms.Marketplace Optimization:

Ensure all listings are optimized with high-quality content, SEO keywords, and competitive pricing to maximize discoverability and conversion rates.Performance Analysis:

Conduct regular performance reviews, analyzing key sales metrics on Walmart.com and other retail marketplaces. Leverage data-driven insights to achieve sales targets and improve ROI.Inventory and Supply Chain Coordination:

Collaborate closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels, prevent stockouts, and ensure the timely fulfillment of orders.Competitive Analysis:

Monitor competitor activity and market trends on Retail Marketplaces, identifying opportunities and threats to adjust strategies accordingly.Amazon and Walmart Merchandising Tools:

Utilize expertise in Amazon and Walmart merchandising tools to manage content, optimize brand stores, and implement effective pricing strategies.Walmart Advertising Solutions:

Leverage knowledge of Walmart’s advertising platforms, including Sponsored Ads, DSP, and WMC, to drive product visibility and sales.Walmart Seller Center Expertise:

Manage and optimize operations within Walmart Seller Center, ensuring efficient product listings, order management, and account health.Financial Management:

Monitor and manage key financial metrics, including forecasting, budgeting, and KPI tracking, to ensure the financial health and profitability of marketplace accounts.Performs other duties as assigned.Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field.7-10 years of experience in ecommerce and/or marketplaces.Proven experience in managing Walmart.com or other major retail marketplace accounts.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to concisely summarize large amounts of data to drive decision-making processes.Self-starter with a proven track record in driving results.Energetic and inquisitive, quick learner, takes initiative and follows through.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while remaining efficient.
