The ideal candidate will have significant experience in trial law, strong legal research capabilities, and excellent written and oral communication skills.Duties :Offer legal guidance and counsel to clients regarding real estate matters.Conduct thorough legal research and analysis for case preparation.Draft various legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, and motions.Represent clients in court proceedings and trials, advocating on their behalf.Negotiate settlements and alternative resolutions when applicable.Prepare cases for trial, including conducting depositions and witness interviews.Collaborate with other legal professionals on complex matters and case strategy.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.Defend depositions and handle discovery processes effectively.Requirements :Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active admission to the California State Bar.Strong experience in trial law, with the ability to effectively litigate cases.Excellent written communication skills, including the drafting of legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and briefs.Proficiency in legal research using tools like Lexis-Nexis and other resources.Demonstrated ability to negotiate and settle cases favorably.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education :Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited institution.Certifications :Licensed and admitted to practice law in the state of California.Skills :Strong trial experience and courtroom presence.Excellent legal research and writing skills.Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents.Advanced negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset for complex legal cases.Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work under pressure.Job Location :Chatsworth, CA
