OverviewWe are seeking a Chief Building Official to oversee and manage all building department operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards while providing leadership and guidance to the building department staff.Qualifications
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent plus additional post-secondary coursework in a related field of study.Must have 3+ years of building inspector experience including inspection and plan review of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.Must possess State of MN Building Official certification.Must have a valid Class D or higher MN Drivers License.Previous supervisory experience preferred.To Apply:
