Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring that products are delivered to customers on time, in full, and at the right cost. The Supply Chain Manager will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of our supply chain.
Duties:
Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain process, including demand planning, production planning, and inventory management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, logistics, and production, to ensure seamless execution of supply chain activities.
Utilize data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau to analyze supply chain performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
Manage and optimize inventory levels to ensure that products are available when needed, while minimizing inventory costs.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure that contracts are negotiated, and that service levels are maintained.
Implement and maintain supply chain management software such as Oracle EBS and SAP to track inventory, manage orders, and optimize supply chain operations.
Identify and implement opportunities to reduce costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
Manage and coordinate the purchase of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
Develop and implement plans to mitigate risks associated with supply chain disruptions, such as natural disasters, supplier insolvency, and global economic uncertainty.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on demand planning, production planning, and inventory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in supply chain management software, including Oracle EBS and SAP.
Experience with data analytics tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans to improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
