Join us!Job Responsibilities:Independently perform test work during highly complex audit activities for Lines of Business (LOBs).Execute audit strategy for the sound application of risk-based auditing by defining audit scope and audit programs, and leverage automation and innovative methods in a timely and high-quality manner.Exercise sound knowledge of product, business, and technical expertise to effectively challenge management to improve the control environment.Assess impacts to business processes, controls, and strategies to provide recommendations on severity ratings.Provide input on draft audit reports and share audit results with business leaders.Support the development of peers and teams through on-the-job training and foster an inclusive work environment.Establish business partner relationships, primarily with line management, to develop business knowledge.Use innovative tools to complete audit activities more efficiently (e.g., testing).Manage the development, maintenance, and analysis of automated reporting related to the operations of Corporate Audit and the Risk Profile of the company.Execute processes related to the operations of the Corporate Audit department including vendor oversight, staffing and capacity, and report creation.Additional Responsibilities:Support the execution and management of Corporate Audit owned processes related to reporting and vendor oversight including identification and execution of process improvement opportunities.Analyze results of risk environment and performance reporting.Assess impacts of control weaknesses to audit owned processes, controls, and strategies.Provide input on draft management reports and analyze results.Support the development of peers and teams through on-the-job training and foster an inclusive work environment.Establish business partner relationships, primarily with support partners (Technology, HR, Global Risk, Finance), to develop business knowledge.Use innovative tools to complete reporting activities more efficiently.Required Qualifications:Minimum 6 years Reporting Experience preferably related to risk/control data and/or Audit/risk background preferably in financial services.Prior Analytical / Automation Skills (SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, Advanced Excel).Ability to successfully communicate to influence management and lead change in both strategic and tactical initiatives.Self-starter, desire to learn, able to teach others, positive attitude, exhibits flexibility.Bachelor’s degree and/or Advanced degree with relevant experience.Desired Qualifications:Audit or risk control background in financial services.MBA.Certified Internal Audit (CIA) certification.Advanced degree or certifications (CIA, CISA etc – CPA Preferred).Skills:Analytical Thinking.Audit Planning.Internal Audit Review.Issue Management.Risk Management.Attention to Detail.Automation.Business Acumen.Project Management.Technical Documentation.Coaching.Critical Thinking.Relationship Building.Written Communications.Shift:1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week:40
