Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Project Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This role involves managing the execution of marketing events for the Americas region Event Experiences team. You'll collaborate with a highly connected team to ensure the seamless execution of 1700 events annually, including corporate events across the US. This position offers the chance to build new processes and structures within an established team.In this role you will:Manage the execution of event experiences, ensuring all systems are up to date and standardized processes are followed.Coordinate project tasks, including 50% meetings and 50% heads-down work.Build discipline and rigor within the team to handle high-volume event management.Interface with multiple stakeholders to design and execute new events.Benefits and Perks

4 years of project management experience, preferably with large-scale events.Strong proficiency in Excel, Project Management, and communication tools like Outlook and Teams.Experience with Fortune 100 companies.Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
