Annual Earning Potential $60,000-$150,000+

Bi-Weekly Base Salary plus Monthly Commission

Responsibilities

Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles and accessories

Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals

Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty

Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM

Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business

Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons

Requirements

One year of Sales, Communication and Negotiation Experience in

ANY

industry - Preferred

Be ambitious, energetic, goal-oriented and motivated to succeed

Excellent communication, customer service skills, and follow-up skills

A coachable, positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance

Outgoing 'people person' passionate about sales and helping clientele.

Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be authorized to work in the USA

Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screen

Must have a valid driver's license
