Guidehouse is seeking candidates to provide management consulting support to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Roles are available at the Consultant and Senior Consultant levels. Senior Consultants are second level non-management consultants that will have responsibility for client management, solution implementation and generation of project results. Consultants support project workstreams and interact with the client daily to enable engagement success.Collaborate with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) clients and Guidehouse colleagues to solve problems and improve outcomesSupport FAA programs and processes to meet agency mission objectives and organization-specific business plan goalsEngage project stakeholders to identify and implement organizational, program, and business process improvements using change management practicesDevelop work products that clearly synthesize information into recommendations for client considerationProvide guidance, coaching, and quality assurance to junior staffWe encourage career development and hiring for the long term. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or universityPrevious experience with the FAA or a related organization/agencyAbility to thrive in client service and team-based environments, especially when tackling unstructured problemsStrong analytical, writing and communication skillsStrong attention to detail, well organized and ability to self-prioritize multiple activitiesProficiency with Excel, databases, Word, and PowerPointAbility to meet and pass requirements for a Public TrustDue to contract requirements US Citizenship restrictions applyDue to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire.What Would Be Nice To Have

In addition to the above listed requirements:Familiarity with federal real property asset portfolios, systems and challengesFamiliarity with strategic asset management planning, asset management systems, facility condition assessments and indices, and capital planning principlesExperience with International Standards Organization (ISO) 55000 standards for asset management (ISO certification desired)Strong experience utilizing and applying best practices, gleaned from experience and consultation with individuals of expertise, on projects, appropriately tailoring for client and cultureExperience working with or knowledge of the FAA Air Traffic Organization (ATO) and Technical Operations (AJW)What We Offer
