Workday HCM Consultant needs 4 years' experience in Workday.Workday HCM Consultant requires:Work Location: Charlotte, NC or Detroit, MI or Jacksonville, FLWorkday Partner or PRO certification (HCM, Reporting, Security, Talent & Performance, and/or Learning)HR at a Financial Services company but not requiredHands-on Workday Talent, Performance, Learning, HCM, and Reporting configuration experienceSpecifically with the Talent and Performance module, HCM, Reporting, Security, and Learning.Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookAbility to work independently and report updates in a timely fashionProcess documentationWorking knowledge of ServiceNow and operate within the SLAs when addressing tickets closure with detailed notes2+ years of consulting experience1 Full lifecycle Workday ImplementationExperience as a Report Writer, with the ability to design and create custom reports and dashboardsStrong working and configuration knowledge of Workday configuration, EIBs, including business process design, configuration, calc fields, and condition rulesRisk Adverse and support Ally's Risk FrameworkStrong interest in collaboration, both within the People Operations team, primary business stakeholders, and across the organizationExperience coaching, training, or mentoring othersWorkday HCM Consultant duties:Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirementsProvide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to usersOperate within the SLA for ticket closure and update ServiceNow with all notesPartner directly with Workday for issue escalations, system defects, and resolutions
