Our mission is to make the world safer, more resilient and sustainable by accelerating the adoption of technologies in safety critical industries and infrastructure.Since 2021 it has been operating as an autonomous business of LR Group and has generated over £1.7 of commercial income, working with over 25 maritime clients and launching high profile initiatives such as Methane Abatement in Maritime and Cargo Fire and Loss Innovation Initiative.Safetytech Accelerator are the emerging technology and innovation experts in the LR family, complementing and enhancing its current services. It provides strategic technology and advisory innovation services to clients either 1:1 or through participation in its programmes.The RoleSafetytech Accelerator, in close collaboration with Lloyd’s Register, has grown its innovation activity and projects with LR’s key accounts and is now seeking to second a new team member from Lloyd’s Register to join as a Principal Consultant to support both programme delivery and market development.This is a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology while driving meaningful innovation across a diverse range of clients.
