The role of the Business Intelligence and Reporting Analyst functions as an integral part of the data maintenance, integrity improvement, analysis, and reporting team to design and develop metrics, reports, analyses, and business analytics to drive key business decisions. They shall provide a link between raw enterprise data and management utilizing data extraction, analysis, and transformation. They shall create custom client reports and Power BI Dashboards on any part or arrangement of client data.What You'll Do
Collaborate with other departments to create meaningful, substantive Power BI Dashboards.Support the development of standard reports.Work with internal and external business users to assess, define, and develop report deliverables to meet internal and customer requirements.Help design appropriate data repository and reporting tools that will be used to organize, analyze, and report data.Write complex queries to extract information needed to develop reports.Compile data and other information from multiple data sources.Interpret, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding data accuracy and data collection needs and processes.Work with business units to identify opportunities to enhance existing and to develop new data information processes and tools.Continuously assess and improve data collection and reporting processes.Assist staff members with more complex and detailed projects including root cause analyses, trended reporting, and analyses which support continuous quality improvement leading to actionable information.Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related duties as needed.What You'll Need
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.At least three years’ experience using SSRS, SSMS, and Power BI creating tabular reports, dashboards, and visualizations.Previous experience in Business Analytics, data analysis, and reporting.Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives or projects with the ability to lead and facilitate business requirements and data analysis and modeling sessions.Required technology experience:Power BISSRSSSMSMS SQL Server 2008 R2 to 2017T-SQLWhat We Offer
