If you have management skills and enjoy providing excellent customer service, apply today!ResponsibilitiesHandle the front desk budget and order office supplies as neededCompile occupancy reports and financial information for the general managerSupervise current front desk staff and hire and train new staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service and implement hotel policiesInteract with customers both in-person and over the phone, assist with inquiries, and mitigate any guest complaintsLead operations at the front desk and ensure guests have an exceptional stayQualificationsApplicants must have a high school diploma or GEDPossess excellent management, communication, and multitasking skills2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or in a related office management position in the hospitality industryProficient bookkeeping skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, are strongly desired1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industryCompensation$15 - $20 hourlyAbout Days Inn & Suites West Energy CorridorWe have been in the hotel industry for over 20 years.
