What you will be doing:Managers lead and manage Supply Chain Data Management projects responsible for data development and customer delivery of Supply Chain data solutions. They clearly communicate Premier's broader mission, vision, and values to the team while accurately reflecting team performance to leadership. All managers coordinate and partner with Performance Services and Supply Chain Service business leaders to establish goals, drive technology, build/improve processes, drive data quality and continuously drive to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and internal/external customer satisfaction. Managers are also responsible for supporting Supply Chain data development to support delivery of Supply Chain services solutions. Specific responsibilities of the role include primary ownership and/or oversight of multiple Supply Chain Data Management functions and the ability to perform any as needed to react to business needs.Project Management for master data management team projectsRecord Enrichment and AttributionSupplier aliasing and standardizationNew Item IntroductionCategorization & Classification (Transactional or Master Data Records)Association Management between varying product record typesOngoing Data Quality Monitoring and MaintenanceIndustry Data Standards Assessment, Contribution and AdoptionPremier Data Standards Creation and AdoptionSourcing and Contract Management CollaborationManage and analyze large data setsClient Operations, Experience and Deliver FacilitationPresent findings to internal and external leadership and stakeholdersIn addition to the above Supply Chain services functions, this position is responsible for the following:Supporting the business goals and providing input to the strategy of and providing subject matter expertise for all GPO service lines.Identifying data management operational challenges, recommending process or technology solution improvements to support Supply Chain Services strategiesDeveloping temporary or long-term process and technology solutions which may include internal or external facing analytical reports while partnering with development support and business analysts teams to implement solutions to address operational challenges and OnePremier business strategiesAbility to carry out job responsibilities with minimal level of senior management involvementUser level familiarity with Catalog Management, Spend Analytics products, and ABI reportsIn depth knowledge of Premier's Cost Applications, including Supply Analytics, Supply Disruption Manager, Sourcing & Contract Management, ERP, Portfolio Modeling and Supply Chain Advisor CatalogDrive continual improvements to data integrity and adherence to Premier's Supply Chain Data Management StandardsKey ResponsibilitiesInsert major accountabilities and % below. Should total 100%.Leadership - 65%Manages supply chain Data Management projects & offshore teams who load and enrich data, with a specific emphasis on delivery timeliness, quality, usability, performance, and scalabilityEnsures project goals and objectives are met; oversees efficiencies, identifies, and allocates resources, collaboratively facilitates goal definition and issue resolution; provides assistance with communications; and develops direct reports while building a high performing team.Develops appropriate performance review objectives; provides day-to-day coaching, feedback and encourages the team to move ahead in times of uncertainty; conducts performance reviews with the teamCommunicates data health updates to stakeholders and articulates the business value data management provides to internal and external stakeholders.Interacts with business and works towards achieving KPI goals and SLAs. is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier's internal salary range for this role is $80,000 - $148,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location.
