This is an analytical position that requires a strong understanding of Material Requirement Planning (MRP), order management, inventory control and financial transactions.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Performs transactions and tasks as directed by SupervisorAssesses available inventories to satisfy contract demandsTransacts MRP messages creating purchase requisitions as neededMaintain material status reports - track requisitions and purchase orders to ensure they support the planRequests status and expedites information from the Supply Chain groupAttends and supports actions from team meetingsPrepares travel tags for AssemblyMaintains logs and statusesCoordinates with Production Control floor team and AssemblyAssesses shortages and submits kits to scheduleSatisfies and creates attrition records to support auditsSupports non-conformance processesReviews Bill of Material and item master records to ensure consistency to corporate policyInitiates planning on contract lines creating build schedules and MRP PlansInterprets MRP messages creating purchase requisitions as neededMonitors receipts and rejection reportsSupports fact finding for BOEs and proposalsSupports can build analyses and develops work around plansPerforms program close out assessmentsSkills:4-7 years related experience in manufacturing and/or inventory controlAssociates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical schoolKnowledge of MRP systems and manufacturing processesWorking knowledge of electro mechanical assembly processesKnowledge of PCs and softwareAbility to interact with varying levels of management, subordinates and co-workersCompensation and Benefits:TTM offers a variety of health and well-being benefit programs. Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire. For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $63,370 - $105,617.Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment.
