Develop and implement program strategies in alignment with organizational goalsManage program budgets effectivelySupervise program staff and provide guidance and supportBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community membersOversee program evaluation and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvementEnsure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in the fieldRequirements
Proven experience in program management, preferably in social work or behavioral health settingsStrong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate teamsProficiency in budgeting and financial managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship managementKnowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plusAdministrative skills to handle program documentation and reporting efficientlyJob Type:
