The Group Commissions and Direct Bill Specialist supports our business functions through analysis of transactional data and processing of manual commission payments and invoicing for our Groups 360 partnership and other manually processed GSO group accounts. The position will ensure all group commissions are processed within program guidelines and paid to the appropriate account. Daily functions include analyzing reports, processing commission payments, processing commission billing, researching and responding to commission inquiries, and reporting on paid commissions. In addition, the account will also help support the direct bill process through the pulling of folios for Wyndham Direct centrally processed accounts, updating tracking reports, and researching folio-related questions. The position will have frequent interaction with properties, global sales accounts, third parties, and internal clients to help resolve group commission and direct bill inquiries.

What you'll do

Analyze data and process manual group commission payments for assigned accounts. Process group commission property invoicing.Receive, research, and respond to commission inquiries received via phone and email.Support centrally processed direct bill account by pulling of folios, updating reports, and researching account inquiries.Compile reports for supporting detail for group commission payments and internal reporting.You'll be successful if you have

Motivated, detail-oriented person who is able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to work well with others and contribute to a team.Must possess strong time management skills and ability to quickly shift focus.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Required Qualifications/Experience

Strong knowledge of MS Excel, specifically VLOOKUPs, filters, and advanced formatting.What we expect from you
