The Business Analyst will be responsible for specification, prioritization, implementation, and acceptance of issues and product features in an agile environment. The product specialist will be accountable to implement and solve issues from clients within the defined SLAs. This role will work closely with product management, customer service, production support, and technology teams to ensure the issue and product feature prioritization aligns with business, customer, and technology outcomes. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with a solid analytic foundation.Tracks and regularly shares progress with stakeholders on open issues, and feature requestsSynthesizes feature requests and collaborates with product owners to include the requests into product roadmapsIdentifies and spearheads opportunities to improve support procedures and tracks metrics to reduce the cycle time for issue resolution.Contributes to user stories and provides voice of the customer context for the issues and change requests reported by internal and external clientsGrooms backlog and ensures that stories are ready for developmentMonitors and reports KPIs on product quality and issue turnaround times.Collaborates with various business lines and technology to analyze needs, constraints, risks, and alignment with organizational strategy and prioritiesWorks in partnership with the team and stakeholders to employ Agile methods, processes, tools, and metrics to deliver value, including ongoing product backlog refinement, and release planningRegularly assesses features and costs to determine priorities for the team.Responsible for accepting product deliverables and providing guidance to the implementation teams.IF YOU HAVE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING, APPLY:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, Product Development or related field2-4 years of applicable experienceStrong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to connect and engage with the team, facilitate discussions, negotiate with the business, and resolve conflictsSolid analytical skills, creative problem-solving skills, and high attention to detailBackground in Financial Services and Fintech strongly preferredWorking knowledge with Cloud-based applications and APIs, DevOps, Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).Working knowledge of Agile practices and ceremonies such as iterative development, incremental delivery, sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives, burn down metrics, velocity and task definitionAbility to handle multiple issues simultaneouslyKnowledge of technical concepts and architectural principles to drive scalable solutions.Inspira Financial provides health, wealth, retirement, and benefits solutions that strengthen and simplify the health and wealth journey.
