Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Loan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in the processing and underwriting of various loan products, with a primary focus on Bridge Loans, Value Add Loans, and Permanent Portfolio Loans. You will work closely with smaller real estate investors and will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of entity structures, including LLC borrowers, KYC processes, and liquidity analysis.

3+ years of experience with Underwriting and ProcessingKnowledge of overall lending processes, including underwriting, funding, and loan processingKnowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis, tax returns and balance sheet analysis, including cash flow analysisExperience processing/underwriting Bridge Loans, Value Add Loans and Permanent Portfolio loansBenefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
