Agility Partners is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Program Manager position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. This Program Manager will join the Customer Support organization to oversee activities in engineering, research, financial systems, product roll-out, and non-IT projects. This is an exciting opportunity to assist customer support planners and engage with groups requiring high-level customer support scenarios.
In this role you will:Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.Benefits and Perks
