We develop and implement efficient and effective near-term and long-term roadmaps to help our clients navigate through some of their toughest and most complex business challenges.Position Overview:The Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) will be responsible for the daily operations and resources of the contract, as well as monitor and track the progress of projects to ensure high quality and timely delivery. The Sr. PM shall be the single point of contact for the government for all matters concerning scope of work, problem resolution, resource management and overall project performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, solve problems in an effective and timely manner, and maintain constructive customer relations.Translate business objectives into actionable projects with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate expectations to stakeholders and to team members; define criteria for project success throughout its lifecycle.Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions to resolution and ensure effective communication of project progress. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and develop contingency plans to address them. Contribute to the development of HR project management best practices and tools to enhance project execution.Conduct project postmortems to assess project elements and outcomes. Use findings to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement. Ensure a seamless transition post-implementation, addressing any remaining project needs or issues.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited academic institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Minimum of 5 years of progressive supervisory or managerial experience within a federal agency, in a position that exercised operational control.Must have 5 years of federal experience, interacting with and briefing high-level federal or industry executives.Must have 5 years of federal experience managing multiple projects of high complexity and experience providing strategic guidance in federal human capital efforts.Must have active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification or 5 years of relevant project/program management experience.Must be able to obtain and maintain the required government security check.Application Process:Interested candidates must submit a resume, cover letter, proof of educational qualifications and certifications.Top Benefits or Perks:As a team member at OBAN, you’ll enjoy:Active, diverse work environmentComprehensive Benefits Package, including Health, Vision and Dental InsurancePaid Time Off401K Retirement PlanTraining and DevelopmentEmployee Referral BonusOption to work remotely (subject to customer guidelines)OBAN is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
