We develop and implement efficient and effective near-term and long-term roadmaps to help our clients navigate through some of their toughest and most complex business challenges.Position Overview:The Senior Program Manager (Sr. PM) will be responsible for the daily operations and resources of the contract, as well as monitor and track the progress of projects to ensure high quality and timely delivery. The Sr. PM shall be the single point of contact for the government for all matters concerning scope of work, problem resolution, resource management and overall project performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, solve problems in an effective and timely manner, and maintain constructive customer relations.Translate business objectives into actionable projects with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and success measures.Develop comprehensive project plans, communicate expectations to stakeholders and to team members; define criteria for project success throughout its lifecycle.Lead project meetings, facilitate discussions to resolution and ensure effective communication of project progress. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises and develop contingency plans to address them. Contribute to the development of HR project management best practices and tools to enhance project execution.Conduct project postmortems to assess project elements and outcomes. Use findings to identify successful strategies and areas for improvement.
