Collaborated with business users, AWS, EHR data formats, Healthcare, Healthcare-Medical Devices, Healthcare-Medical Workflow, HL7, Serverless ArchitectureWork Model: On-Site/Office, HybridPosition Description / ResponsibilitiesThe Client Digital Health organization is client’s technology team focused on next generation Digital Health capabilities which deliver on the client mission and vision to deliver Insight Driven Care. This role will operate within the Digital Health team, focused on patient engagement, care coordination, AI, healthcare analytics & interoperability amongst other advanced technologies which enhance our product portfolio with new services, while improving clinical & patient experiences.Requirements:

MUST HAVE (Minimum Qualifications)Requirements Definition:

Strong requirements definition skills, including defining and writing user stories, leading refinement with developers/testers, clear acceptance criteriaDocumentation:

Experience managing quality documentation, maintaining versioned documentation, creating clear and relevant application documentationFunctional SpecificationsAPI specificationsFHIR / HL7v2 mappings and specificationsHealthcare Data Exchange Standards:

Demonstrated experience with FHIR / HL7v2Agile Software Development:

Experience working on an Agile development team, specifically developing epics, stories, acceptance criteria and contributing to all traditional scrum ceremoniesAWS Platform:

Working experience with AWS native services, specifically serverless technologiesNICE TO HAVE (Preferred Qualifications)Strongly Preferred:Previous Healthcare or Medical Device experienceExperience working with Healthcare Data, including HL7v2, FHIR and DICOMExperience designing software classified as Software as a Medical Device (SaMD)Experience implementing enterprise grade cyber security & privacy by design into software productsExperience working in Digital Health softwareExperience developing global applicationsAWS cloud computing experienceProduct management experience as part of a software development teamJob Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities• Analyze, design, prioritize, and implement a set of IT products, platforms, and services• Lead feature definition and prioritization for a software development team• Write and refine user stories, including acceptance criteria and happy/sad paths• Develop, maintain and update comprehensive documentation of Digital Health Interoperability services• Document workflows, data mapping and API specs• Leverage understanding of FHIR / HL7v2 to conduct data validation tasks to verify accuracy and completeness of dataflows• Collaborate with software engineers and developers to design and implement Interoperability solutions• Engage with business partners to understand their needs and ensure product delivery addresses key needs• Collaborate with project managers to meet project commitments and timelines• Provide guidance and input to developers to refine stories and ensure development meets requirements• Work directly with QA engineers to answer questions and prove out requirements through testing• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, including stand ups, demos, and retrospectives• Document standards, policies and best practices for delivery and consumption of platform / product capabilities• Manage quality system documentation and ensure compliance with validation requirements• Collaborate with teams across Global IT including GSO, Privacy, Cloud Platform Solutions, Regulatory, and QualityWhat We Offer
