Opportunity at a Glance

The Sales & Operations Analyst is responsible for providing insight into pipeline management, product and configuration opportunities, and contact management strategy in support of the global sales growth initiatives. This role is responsible for providing recruitment & sales insight, identifying tech solutions and strategy guidance to the global sales team. The person in this role will partner and maintain relationships between the institutional sales and operations teams with the global marketing teams. The person engages in thoughtful investigation of data to complement decision making and is willing to go the extra mile to help the team optimize data, processes, and infrastructure to improve results. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our aggressive revenue growth objectives.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of key commercial contracts by liaising between the regional sales teams, Legal, Operations, IT, and Marketing.Support ongoing pipeline management reporting with timely and relevant recruitment KPI’s and metrics.Ensure the overall health and efficiency of sales data in the CRM system, while continuing to develop new ways to scale strategic and technology-driven enterprise solutions across the organization.Coordinate and complete sales incentive plan definitions, finalize sales credit and special incentives. Escalate risks in sales credit rules & compensation.Collaborate closely with the Sr. Analyst, Sales Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the institutional sales and operations teams.Use analytical and creative approaches to condense large amounts of information into clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.Complete ad hoc reports to provide data to inform data-driven decisions and opportunities for improvement.Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provide user acceptance testing for technology implementations.Champion new technology/process innovation around the Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.Identify and help implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.Perform other duties as assigned.Comply with all policies and standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience required.5+ years in recruitment/sales operations.Advanced Excel, data modeling and analysis skills, and affinity to dig deep into details.Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.Experience in data visualization - building dashboards and interactive visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is preferred.Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation automation tools is preferred.Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills (commercial, operational, organizational, global) and experience analyzing large data sets.Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68,637 and $124,230. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
