Our work environment is extraordinary and being honored as one of the 2024 Zweig Best Firms to Work For exemplifies our appreciation and respect for our dedicated staff.About the role, Your ImpactBaxter & Woodman has a rewarding opportunity for a Water Resources Senior Project Manager in our Orlando, Florida office.What your day-to-day will look likeDesign of municipal drainage systems, hydraulic studies, and pumping stations.Hydraulic and hydrologic modeling designs for drainage basins, water quality improvements, and stormwater collection systems.Performing analyses using Geographic Information System (GIS) tools.Preparing stormwater master plan reports and preliminary engineering reports.Supervises, coordinates, and/or reviews the work of other professionals.Meetings and coordination with municipal, county, and state clients.Obtaining permits related to stormwater management.Assist with construction engineering services for municipal, county, and state clients.Assist project engineers as needed during project delivery.Hold additional roles within the company and serve on committees and special project teams.Manage larger and/or multidiscipline projects.Education/Certification RequirementsB.S. degree in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental, or Transportation Engineering.Professional Engineer license in the State of Florida (or transfer from another state) is required.Must-haves, what you will bring5 or more years of relevant work experience.ICPR3 or ICPR4 Modeling Experience Required.Experience and knowledge of regulatory agency requirements pertaining to stormwater design.Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman service area (own transportation).Ability to work in a team environment.Excellent technical writing skills.Strong written, verbal, computer, and organizational skills.Compensation : The pay range for this role is $115,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, and certifications.You matter!
