This role is to support the upcoming proposal: Logistics, ISR, and Next-Gen Technology (LOGIX) TO focuses on ILS to support as envisioned by the JADC2 Strategy of moving to joint/combined capability development. The LOGIX TO will also support the JADC2 goal to deliver a relevant information advantage with ISR operations and logistics support. To support continued progress and sustainment of the JADC2 Strategy, the LOGIX TO support the accelerated application of technological solutions by analyzing new and emerging technologies for DIU-NSIN Mission Partner systems, technologies, capabilities, platforms, equipment, and associated subordinate and supporting systems used to execute their missions. What You Will Do * Provide day-to-day management of administration and operational tasks under the direction of the LOGIX Program Manager

Manage day-to-day internal business processes across functional departmentsAssist in project coordination, logistics, recruiting, and procurement of resources and management thereofServe as primary interface with corporate accounting, legal, and HR * Oversee financials, RIPs, TARs, invoicing, subcontractor management, and the LOGIX Portal * Collaborate and coordinate across the task order with internal and external stakeholders, interface with and spearhead communications across multiple internal business areas to ensure pertinent stakeholder involvementOversee all aspects of program administrative and financial management, with principal responsibilities including financial reporting and control, contract, subcontractor and security management, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), presentation templates, continuous improvement initiatives, and portal content * Responsible for developing and disseminating templates to standardize administrative aspects of TDL set-up and execution * Interface with the Program Support Office (PSO) to ensure subcontractors are provided LOGIX specific onboarding training and support to ensure compliance with AAS policies and accuracy of RIPs, TARs, Trip Reports, and invoicing * Act as Liaison for mission driven enhancements to LOGIX portals and knowledge repositories to facilitate information sharing, deliverables tracking, and enhance workflow * Manage the functional matrixed support, providing clear direction, oversight, and accountability in coordination with shared services leadership, escalating issues early and oftenDirect activities and manage performance of PSO matrixed personnel, ensuring quality and on-time delivery

What We Are Looking For * 8 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 6 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 12 years relevant progressive experience.

At least 4 years experience associated with an AAS Defense multi-tenant government contact. * Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a track record of managing risks and making timely, informed judgments.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.Clearance: Must possess Top-Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.
