Communications, Data Entry, Inventory Control, Microsoft Office, ProcurementMinimum Requirements:2+ years of experience in an inventory role.Able to use a computer and other office technology.Familiar with data entry systems.Able to lift up to 50 pounds.Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment.Great written and verbal communication skills.Experience with budget management.Attention to detail to identify defective products.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.Responsibilities:Good organizational skills to manage inventory and improve selection and shipping efficiency.Oversee inventory and order additional products and supplies as needed.Evaluate and improve the selection and shipping process.Keep up-to-date with industry trends and update inventory as necessary.Manage multiple projects efficiently and timely.Negotiate contracts, interview vendors, educate warehouse employees, and develop new inventory processes.Problem-solve to improve overall efficiency and address inventory challenges.Maintain and update inventory records for accurate tracking.Work with cross-functional teams to forecast inventory needs and identify stock issues.Monitor inventory levels for potential stockouts or overstock situations.Manage inventory aging and coordinate rotation or disposal of obsolete inventory.Participate in regular inventory counts and coordinate physical audits.Collaborate with purchasing and logistics teams to optimize procurement and transportation.Develop and implement SOPs for inventory management and continuously improve operations.Review and analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.*Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Benefits:
