Responsibilities: • Excellent time, attendance, and communication skills. • Lead the development and execution of strategic sales plans to drive new business growth in the corporate gifting sector. • Prospect and identify potential corporate clients for gifting opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets. • Manage a portfolio of accounts and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business partnerships. • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored gifting solutions. • Collaborate with internal teams to create customized gifting proposals and presentations for clients. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client gifting programs. • Mentor and coach inside sales personnel to support their professional development and enhance team performance. • Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of sales development experience, with a focus on B2B sales. • Proven track record of success in sales and business development. • Experience managing inside sales personnel. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
