Do you consider yourself to be a highly technical, strong communicator with the desire to work in a team environment on complex projects in the healthcare construction industry?Gilbane is seeking a Project Executive to be the on-site representative of the company responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of a single complex construction-management project; as well as mentoring multiple Project Managers and Engineers. Direct and supervise work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers to establish operational priorities and maintain satisfactory relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions, etc.Enforce project reporting requirementsManage critical issuesAssume overall accountability for jobsite safety and qualityQualifications
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $100 million or larger (large-scale healthcare construction experience is a strong preference for this role)Or equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESStrong technical and communication skills are criticalAbility to work in a team environmentLeadership and management skillsKnowledge of Procore, Microsoft Office (preferred)Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
