Responsibilities

Converts cash deals to finance

Process finance and lease deals accurately & fairly through financial sources to secure approval

Process federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions

Must understand and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle & finance department

Completes paperwork necessary for vehicle sales and leases prior to sending to accounting

Checks paperwork for correct title and lien information and taxes before forwarding to accounting

Ensures full coverage insurance is on all units sold prior to customers leaving the dealership

Works with sales manager to secure a reasonable profit from each sale

Coordinates finance forecasting with sales department

Ensures collection of all finance and insurance fees

Takes all credit applications

Provide leadership and training where necessary

Qualifications

Must acquire and maintain current state insurance licenses

Bachelor's Degree or 5 years equivalent experience

Previous Auto/Powersports Industry Experience is Required

Ability to analyze and write reports and journals

Follow procedures/regulations

Must have a clean background and driving record

Must pass a pre-employment drug test
