Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for children in various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers.Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care.Plan and conduct engaging and educational activities to promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.Assess and monitor the progress of each child and provide individualized support when needed.Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and any concerns or updates.Manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program.Experience:

Bachelor or Associate in Early Child Development.Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting.Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.Familiarity with curriculum development and implementation.Experience working with children with special needs or diverse backgrounds is a plus.Strong classroom management skills to create an organized and structured learning environment.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.Passion for educating young minds and fostering a love for learning.Ability to promote literacy education through storytelling, reading activities, and language development exercises.Job Type:
