JOB SUMMARYAre you a master on the phone? We are looking for an Inside Sales Coordinator and Dispatcher for a local HVAC company to act as a communication point for emergency and non-emergency calls, as well as to follow up on repair and replacement estimates provided to clients by technicians. Our team strives to effectively dispatch all service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. You will receive requests, transmit messages, and track vehicles. You will also follow up on all repair and install estimates and continue to stay in touch until it is time to complete a service. The ideal candidate must be primarily an excellent communicator, have phone sales experience, and be able to remain calm and composed, especially in emergency situations. You must be able to multi-task as well as take the appropriate action with little supervision. The goal is to enable different parties to communicate well by ensuring the accurate and timely transmission of information.
Compensation:
Very competitive compensation based on experience and performance

Compensation: $47,000.00 - $65,000.00 or more per year including Commission and Bonuses

JOB DUTIES
Follow up on sales leads and lists, outstanding proposals, and repair quotes
Manage multiple, ongoing opportunities particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment
Sell, renew, and expand renewable service agreements, to both new and existing customers
Negotiate value and address resistance and close the sale
Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue
Make every effort to compress call scheduling, effectively maximizing productivity and revenue
Notify clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
Re-schedule appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary
Strictly adhere to the “Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule” to ensure the right Technician is sent to the right appointment
Share responsibility to ensure that all Technicians arrive at their designated appointments on time
Debrief with Technicians upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
PRIOR DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HVAC industry experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must have good computer software skills
Fast typing with experience in data entry
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities
Active listener with excellent communication skills
