Current job opportunities are posted here as they become available.MWH Constructors (MWH) , a global leader in heavy civil construction of water and wastewater facilities, is seeking a Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Analyst to join our team in Broomfield, CO. The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with relevant regulations, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and evaluating existing policies and procedures. This role involves conducting risk assessments, analyzing data to identify potential risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.Essential FunctionsDevelop, implement, and maintain the company's corporate governance framework, policies, and procedures.Ensure the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to corporate laws, industry standards, and internal policies.Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential issues to the organization's operations, assets, and reputation.Prepare reports and presentations on governance activities.Serve as point of contact for governance-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of governance activities and prepare regular reports.Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.Monitor emerging trends and best practices in corporate governance, recommending and implementing improvements as necessary.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field.Minimum of 5 years proven experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related field, preferably within the construction industry.Strong understanding of corporate governance principles, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.High ethical standards and integrity.Strong organizational and project management skills.Excellent communication and the ability to work independently or cross-functionally.Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred QualificationsBilingual: English and JapaneseCertifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Risk and Compliance Management Professional (CRCMP)CompensationThe anticipated salary range for this position is $75,000-130,000/yr.Group health & welfare benefits including options for medical, dental and vision.100% Company Paid Benefits: Employee Life Insurance & Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D), Spouse and Dependent Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate.Voluntary benefits at discounted group rates for accidents, critical illness, and hospital indemnity.Flexible Time Off Program (includes vacation and personal time).Paid Sick and Safe Leave.Paid Parental Leave Program.10 Paid Holidays.401(k) Plan (company matching contributions up to 4%).Employee Referral Program.Please note that all positions require pre-employment screening, including drug and background check, as a condition of employment.Equal Opportunity Employer, including disabled and veterans.
