Base Pay - $40,000 + incentives Averaging $50k-120k (Base Pay - $36,500 + incentives. First year average total compensation including incentives $60k. On Target Earnings of $66k, 60-70% of Customer Specialist exceed the OTE at 12 months)How do our Sales Consultants Drive Impact?Assist customer on buying desired vehicle.Educate customers on financial products and financing options.Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store.What We're Looking ForStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.High level of detail orientation and accuracy.Proven experience working within a team environment.Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.What We OfferThis position features a new rotational style
