Full-TimeOverview:Hubbell Realty Company (HRC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to lead our associate benefit program and provide strategic HR partnership across our business units. The HRBP will play a critical role in shaping the HR and benefit strategies, supporting leadership in making informed business decisions, and driving organizational effectiveness. This role combines HR expertise with business acumen to support the success and well-being of our associates.Key Responsibilities:Strategic HR Partnership & HR Generalist:Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business goals.Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent management, and organizational development.Proactively identify and address HR-related issues.Talent Management:Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for assigned business units.Develop and implement strategies for talent retention and succession planning.Facilitate talent reviews and performance management to maintain a high-performance culture.Employee Relations:Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide conflict resolution guidance.Conduct investigations and recommend solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Change Management:Support and lead change management initiatives.Collaborate with leadership to enhance employee engagement.Coach managers and employees during organizational changes.Benefits Program Management:Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.Manage OSHA, Worker’s Compensation, EEO reporting, and Safety programs.Evaluate benefit programs and compare them with industry standards.Employee Communication and Support:Develop communication strategies to educate employees about benefit options.Conduct benefit orientations and educational sessions.Provide ongoing support to employees regarding benefits questions and claim resolution.Other Duties:Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.A minimum of 5 years of HR experience in Business Partnering and Benefits; compensation experience is a plus.HRCI and/or SHRM certification preferred.In-depth knowledge of HR practices, benefits regulations, and compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.Strong customer service mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality.Success Factors:Ability to influence without direct authority and manage large-scale change.Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.Why Hubbell Realty Company?
