If so, then Colony Brands may be the place for you!What You'll Do:As a Sourcing Manager, you'll report to the Divisional Sourcing Manager of the Home division and be responsible for successfully sourcing and procuring materials and products that deliver the best possible value in price and quality while balancing risks and regulatory concerns. You'll partner with our Merchandising, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure domestic and international sourcing activities are aligned to meet the goals of the organization.You'll also be responsible for:Driving business category sourcing strategies and cost initiatives to meet business goalsLeading and developing a product sourcing teamInfluencing key changes to processes and toolsDriving and coordinating major Sourcing projectsDirecting and developing 2 direct reportsQualificationsWhat It Takes:We need an experienced Product Sourcing Manager with proven global sourcing and supply chain management experience. To be successful in this role, you must possess professional level communication skills and thrive in a dynamic, cross-functional, collaborative team environment.Ideally, you will have a bachelor's degree in a Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management discipline and at least 5 years' experience with domestic and international product sourcing functions.In addition, we are looking for:Significant experience negotiating high-dollar contracts and complex sourcing relationshipsA strong understanding of regulatory and trade requirements5+ years' industry experience with strong knowledge of home accessories and decor3+ years' leadership experienceA flexible, strategic thinker with forward vision who is open to change and will drive improvementsA solution-oriented and customer-focused demeanorExceptional negotiation and conflict management skillsStrong organizational and project management skillsA team player who fosters cross-functional relationshipsThe ability to occasionally travel both domestically and internationallyWe value collaboration and believe that it often happens best in-person.
