PermanentAccess Talent are excited to announce that we have a new partnership with a rapidly growing Tier 2 contractor based within the water sector. Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will be able to take the reigns on their projects up and down the country whilst working alongside the divisional manager to deliver their projects in a timely manner.In this role you will have the opportunity to work within a growing national construction company supplying specialist services to the water industry, the Environment Agency and a broad range of private clients, holding 20 Framework agreements nationally.To be considered for this role:Ability to understand drawings and construct new build structuresDegree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent qualification)A minimum of 10 years’ experience, 2 of which must have been in a senior managerial role.Extensive experience in the delivery of civil engineering projectsPossess a nationally recognised certificate of Health and Safety (SMSTS and/or NEBOSH)Full clean UK driving licenceA good communicator, able to liaise confidently and deal with a variety of people including the client, suppliers and wider team members face-to-face, in writing and on the telephoneOrganised, focused and self-determinedPossess a positive attitude and be committed to high levels of care for staff and the clientAble to work flexibly in line with business requirementsStrong IT skills, in particular MS Excel and MS ProjectYou will be offered a market rate salary with other benefits, including private health care.
