We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people and empowering them to thrive, grow meaningful careers, and find a place where they belong.We are currently seeking a Project Manager specializing in the following area to join our Project and Development Services team:Experience with project Construction Administration of specific value, including construction document review, day-to-day oversight of Construction Manager, understanding of scope of work in construction documents, experience with building MEP systems, commissioning, RFI and Change Order Management.Experience with multiple different construction management agreements such as Construction Manager at Risk, Design Build, etc.Experience with deferred maintenance projects such as chiller replacements, boiler replacements, electrical gear, building envelopes, BAS systems, etc.Comfort with a variety of different project types, including Hospitality, Higher Education, Office, Industrial, and building equipment and system repairs.What this job involvesManaging industry-changing projectsAs a Project Manager at JLL, you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your ability to push the business forward through innovative and industry-changing ideas. You will contribute to the development of project budgeting and scheduling and oversee the strategy and execution through completion of construction.Education and experienceA Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management is preferred.5+
