Overview:
Commonwealth Senior Living is currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-disciplined Maintenance Director to plan, direct, and control the overall maintenance of the community’s physical plant. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC systems to address maintenance issues as well as ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal life-safety code regulations. He or she will also collaborate with other department heads to provide exceptional customer service to our residents. He or She is a Culture Ambassador! Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within a supervisory role with the ability to select, hire, and manage personnel to meet the needs of the community.
Experience with various trades skills and abilities to include HVAC plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and general maintenance.
Prior maintenance experience for a large residential community, hotel, hospitality, or similar industry.
Experience working in a Senior Living environment is a plus!
Desire to give impeccable customer service with a friendly attitude and demeanor when dealing with staff, residents, and their families.
Acceptable driving record.
