Preferred to have exposure to SAP/ERP and Oracle/EBS applications.Design and develop the data architecture for migrating data in the below areas, scope can widen:Oracle EBS to HybrisOracle to SAPWork closely with the business and Oracle functional experts to determine scope.Analyze system requirements and ensure data architecture aligns with business goals.Estimate the effort needed for Data migration.Develop and implement data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and security.Create and maintain data models and database designs that meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address data-related issues.Optimize database systems and ensure efficient data retrieval and storage.Develop and implement information management policies and procedures.Ensure data security, integrity, and availability throughout the migration process.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data architecture and management.Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.At least 5 years of experience in data architecture or a related field.Expertise in Oracle EBS and Hybris, with a strong understanding of data migration principles.Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Certifications in data architecture or related fields are highly desirable.Salary and Other Compensation:Applications will be accepted until 11/03/2024.The annual salary for this position is between $[120,000 – 160,000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.Benefits:Cognizant offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life InsurancePaid holidays plus Paid Time OffLong-term/Short-term DisabilityPaid Parental LeaveEmployee Stock Purchase PlanDisclaimer:The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
