Provides professional nursing care as directed by the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and Pacific Medical Centers policies, procedures, and protocols; i.e. provides primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with other members of the health care team while integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required Qualifications:Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.1 year Recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical commensurate.2 years Behavioral Health assignments only: In acute or ambulatory Behavioral Health.Preferred Qualifications:2 years Recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.Recent prior experience in a hospital and out-patient setting.Recent prior experience with phone triage.3 years Behavioral Health assignments only: Progressive experience, including medication management.
