Duties include:Providing strong project management expertise for all tasks associated with the coordination, planning, and for facilities projects ranging in value from $500 to $50M or moreExcellent written and verbal communication across multiple directorates and teamsAbility to brief high level Government and Military leadership on project statusAct as a liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levelsOversee the Site O&M support contractor for resource allocation and document controlEnsuring that the government receives valid cost proposalsDeveloping and reporting metrics to support the paradigm of continuous improvementProject initiation, assisting in completion of and reviewing requirements documents to ensure that the customer requirements are metDemonstrated project management skills associated with managing performance, budget, schedules, and adhering to control gatesExcellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to team with industry partnersKnowledge of facility operations & maintenance activities and proceduresAbility to manage multiple and competing resourcesDevelop and submit multiple project development documents used for planning and execution of the projectPrepare and monitor project progress, schedules, and budgetsProvide technical guidance and assistance on contracting and construction related issuesPrepare and edit/update project status briefings and support leadership briefingsSupport and occasionally provide site tours for distinguished and other identified visitorsFacilitate project coordination between multiple government stakeholdersSupport the Space Management Working Group (SMWG) data calls (varies based on background)Review and develop space management plans (varies based on background)Have a general understanding of space planning and ADA/ABA guidelines (varies based on background)Job Requirements

Active TS/SCI with a CI poly5-10 years experience managing all facets of large scale construction projectsBasic knowledge of the government organization and method of conducting business within a facilities programKnowledge of federal, state, and local building and safety codesAbility to travel localPreferred:Bachelor's degree in facilities related engineering or architectural field with 7+ years of relevant experience (background managing large facilities construction projects a plus)Experience managing repair work-ordersExperience creating Scopes of Work (SOW) for RFP/RFI/IFB packages to include Government Cost Estimates (GCE)PMP or equivalent project management certificationExperience with MS Project, P6 or equivalent scheduling toolExperience with schedule analysisKnowledge of AutoCAD, Procore, Archibus, and/or SAPPay Range

Pay Range $105,000.00 - $125,000.00The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.Travel
