Job Responsibilities

Plans, directs and manages all production activities related to their area’s manufacturing processes.Ensures production schedules are met on-time based upon schedule and accurate records (labor reporting and production).Positively reinforce desirable behaviors and address unacceptable behaviors and adhere to provisions of union contract.What will help you thrive in this role?

A minimum of one year of Molding or Pack out experience required depending on position being filled.Must have interpersonal skills, be flexible, adaptable, self-directed, and assertive, and the ability to pass a basic Microsoft Excel test.Demonstrated mechanical aptitude as required.Must be able to learn SAP (Systems Applications and Products) confirmations and material lookups for the department, move finished product to appropriate staging areas.Ensure that Pack out areas are following schedule or be able to brief why there was a deviation.Demonstrate ability to read/write proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (I.E. Excel and Access), use specified tooling properly, and complete required Quality requirements on various systems.Responsible for maintaining flow lanes to feed AQPC.Must either have a Forklift license or be able to get one within 90 days of job assignment.Responsible for ensuring that pack out areas have work orders and material in order to run.Carry out any other duties as required by the Management.Key Competencies
