This position is responsible for assisting IT management with maintaining the business intelligence network and tools to support business intelligence, data analytics and reporting.Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field3+ years administering, developing, and managing SQL.3+ years' experience with a Programming Language (C#, Python, or JAVA).3+ years' experience with data analytics and data visualization tools, industry experience is a plus3+ years’ experience with SQL Server database administration, Experience with SQL Server Analysis Server (SSAS), SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Reporting Services (SSRS).Data analytics and data visualization tools, preferably MS Power BIAnalytical skills and strong organizational abilitiesAttention to detailImplement tools and strategies to translate raw data into valuable business insights. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Work scheduled hours and any additional hours deemed necessary by leadership. Some variation in scheduled hours may be required to meet company needs.Understand business needs and objectivesDevelop strategies for effective data analysis, visualization and reportingSelect, configure and implement analytics solutionsExtract reports from multiple sourcesLead cross-functional projects using advanced data modelingBuild systems to transform raw data into actionable business insightsBuild, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.Design and build technical processes to address business issues as needed for the company.Organize and drive successful completion of data business intelligence by collaborating with key stakeholders.Act as a liaison between the lines of business and Information Technology, collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and reports.Serve as a member of the team, and participate in all team meetings, duties and activities as assigned.Exhibit actions and make decisions that align with the Rosecrance Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.Perform all responsibilities in compliance with the mission, vision, values, and expectations of Rosecrance.Demonstrate strong customer service skills that incorporate the 5 tenets of the Rosecrance Way into daily practices and interactions with all stakeholders.Serve as a role model to others and demonstrate excellent company stewardship.Schedule:
