Create, manage, implement, and analyze Planned Giving’s marketing planProvide content and marketing strategies for Planning Matters, Impact, Honor Roll, Planned Giving (PG) website (Stelter and PG Calc), and all collateral and appeal piecesPoint person for Philanthropy Communications in developing and designing PG collateral pieces and mailing appeals and integrating e-appeals and social media into the overall marketing approachPoint person for Philanthropy Communications in branding the Dana-Farber Society (DFS) and determining the collateral (invitations, takeaway items, etc.) for the DFS Dinner and other stewardship/cultivation eventsLiaison for Planned Giving survey project between internal service units (Philanthropy Communications, Information Services, Digital Marketing) and vendor (MarketSmart)Manage overall strategy, content, mailing list, and timelineDetermine and implement marketing strategies with Jimmy Fund Business UnitsProvide the AVP with an overview of marketing costs and performance outcomes from various marketing piecesProvide the AVP with budget updates on this key aspect of the PG budgetWork with the AVP on strategic marketing segmentation of key PG market sectors (Principal and Major Gifts, Annual Giving, Palm Beach, Jimmy Fund Golf, Walk, etc.) that will strengthen strategic business objectivesSkills on Resume:Content Creation and Management (Hard Skills)Coordination and Communication (Soft Skills)Branding and Design (Hard Skills)Project Management (Hard Skills)Collaboration with Business Units (Soft Skills)Market Segmentation and Analysis (Hard Skills)
