Technical Test Lead – SOA Testing and Web Service Test Automation
Full-timeRole: Technical Test Lead – SOA Testing and Web Service Test AutomationDuration: Full TimeLocation: Northbrook, ILQualificationsBasic:• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of experience with IT.Preferred:• At least 4 years of experience in SOA testing and web service test automation using tools such as Soap UI, CA DevTest.• Strong JAVA coding skills with a minimum of 3 years of development experience and Java Scripting/Groovy Scripting experience.• Experience in API Test Automation and Framework Development.• Experience in Service Virtualization will be an added advantage.• Experience with reusable business services (WSDL and XML schemas).• At least 2 years of experience in UI Automation using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, UFT.• Automate API and UI test scripts to support a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline.• At least 2 years of experience in Performance Testing at UI and Web Services Layer using tools such as HP PC (VuGen Scripting and Reporting), JMeter.• Analyzing Performance metrics and reporting the bottlenecks along with improvement recommendations.• At least 4 years of experience in Test Strategizing, design, test execution analysis & reporting.• Hands-on experience in Agile BDD/TDD.• Ability to work in a team in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.• Good communication and analytical skills.• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.• Experience with the Insurance domain (desirable).All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
