IT Requirements Manager,

you will be responsible for capturing, validating and anticipating IT requirements on a team effort.Responsibilities:Capture, validate and anticipate requirements for a solution strategy through all phases of the projectDevelop and assist in authoring programmatic documentation such as a requirements documentRecommend information technology strategies, priorities, policies, and procedures by evaluating requirementsWork closely with IT leadership to ensure solution is in alignment with organizational goals and requirementsContribute to team effort by accomplishing tasks as neededQualifications:Education and/or Experience

:Bachelor Degree or equiv experienceTop Secret/SCI Government Security Clearance with CI polyPrevious U.S. government experience in IT requirements managementRequirements/Abilities

:Experience capturing and validating IT requirementsWorking knowledge of IT requirements and project management best practicesExperience providing consultation in support of information systemsExperience executing complex IT projects with complex business and technical impactExperience collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that requirements are addressedAbility to work and closely collaborate with stakeholdersStrong relationship, verbal and written communication, and team building skillsMust have TS/SCI with ci poly security clearanceTENICA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
