for a top third party healthcare organizationFULL TIMEMON - FRI, SHIFTS BETWEEN 7AM - 6PMON SITE BOSTON, MAResponsibilities:Handle high volume 1800 calls from patients of local hospitals and clinicsNavigate dual computer monitorsUpdate patient information in the computer systemAnswer general inquiries, schedule/reschedule appointments, transfer calls as neededMinimum Requirements:Must have 1+ years of prior call center/CSR experienceAbout TEKsystems:We're partners in transformation.
