Your role will involve delving into the intricacies of digital marketing projects within a marketing/advertising agency or consulting firm, focusing on websites, intranets, and mobile responsiveness. Utilizing your expertise in Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies, you will document requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations. Experience with digital experience platforms and website migrations is highly valued. Your ability to effectively communicate technical issues to clients and third-party vendors, coupled with your knack for translating business objectives into actionable plans for technical teams, will be crucial. Additionally, your analytical prowess and proactive approach, combined with exceptional organizational skills, will drive successful project outcomes and foster a collaborative work environment.Be Accountable and ResponsibleLead requirements gathering processes with clients and internal stakeholders to produce documentation for product deliveryTranslate the "what" from the business requirements into the "how" in functional requirementsCreate design specifications, user scenarios, process flow diagrams, and acceptance criteriaSupport Agile processes to ensure timely project delivery, including partnering in feature backlog prioritization, user story, and task creationConnect the dots between our clients, Strategy, Creative & Technology, User Experience, Quality Assurance, and Development teams to ensure our business goals are being metAbility to think critically, with strong analytical skills to recommend creative solutions to our clients’ business challenges.Extremely self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized with exceptional time management skillsExcellent communication and ability to excel in a very collaborative work environmentThese are the qualifications we’re looking for3-5 years of experience working in a marketing/advertising agency or consulting firm focused on digital marketing projects3-5 years of experience documenting requirements and product specifications for complex websites and intranets, including mobile responsiveness3-5 years of experience using Agile or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologiesExperience with digital platforms, content management systems (CMS), and website migrations is highly preferred (i.e. Sitecore, AEM, Drupal, and/or WordPress)Ability to explain technical issues or open questions to clients and 3rd party vendors, and communicate business objectives to technical teamsExperience working with project management tools, such as JIRA and Confluence is a plusAnd here’s how we live our values at MERGEAbility.
