This position will be responsible for managing and providing administrative support for supply chain functions including ArrowStream operations, logistics, and utilities.We offer full benefits (Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, disability, life insurance), bonus eligibility, 401k+ company match, self-managed PTO, tuition reimbursement, adoption assistance, EAP, and more! This is a hybrid/remote role with 1-3 days working at our office in Denver on I-25 & Colorado Blvd. We are targeting $60,000-$65,000 base salary with annual 10% bonus potential.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:ArrowStream Management:Maintenance of ArrowStream supply chain management system to include vendor pricing updates and tracking, new vendor and new item set-up.Maintenance of the QMS vendor/DC/store set-up process.Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to ArrowStream, providing solutions and support as needed.Logistics Administration:Provide information needed to freight carriers to ensure timely delivery and billing of shipments.Maintain tracking reports for future and completed past shipments.Track costs associated with select freight lanes and engage in activities to optimize freight costs.Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.Utilities Administration:Oversee utility management, including setting up new accounts, usage/cost analysis, timely bill payment and communicating billing exceptions to appropriate parties.Responsible for exception reporting within our consolidated billing platform and quickly responding to rectify issues to ensure bills are paid timely.Analyze utility usage data and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.Identify trends, inefficiencies or unusual consumption patterns and communicate to the appropriate parties.GTIN Management:Create UPC and GTIN numbers when needed.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIESProficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.EDUCATION – TRAINING – EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree or Equivalent work experience.Preferred 1 to 3 years in administration or related role.Compensation Range:

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 (depending on experience and location)The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
